Verbreitung:
In Teilen von Europa.
Lebensraum:
Bevorzugt in Mittelgebirgen.
Lebensweise:
Die Imagines von Tenthredo bipunctula fliegen von Mitte Juli bis Mitte August. Sie sind regelmäßig in Pestwurzfluren zu finden.
Die hier gezeigte Larve lebte an Fuchsschem Greiskraut (Senecio ovatus).
