Steinige und kiesige Fließgewässer, häufig in der Kalkregion
Lebensweise:
Die wenig flugaktiven Imagines von Isoperla grammatica sind von April bis September in der Ufervegetation von Fließgewässern zu finden.
Die Larven ernähren sich überwiegend räuberisch. Sie entwickeln sich in kalten, sauberen Fließgewässern.
